With a practice in central London and rural Suffolk, I have extensive lifelong experience of supporting those suffering with poor mental health including the most severe conditions.

Jo's passion is to help us understand and have better insight into what may be going on for us if we experience difficulties with our mental health, and most importantly what we can do about it.

I have always been interested in people and how each one of us behaves differently when we are faced with certain difficulties that life can sometimes present.

With a background in Holistic medicine and as a Yoga teacher, I have always enjoyed helping people and now as a dedicated Human Givens Therapist I am able to reach out to an even wider cliental.

Fiona previously worked as a social worker for a local authority in Scotland for a number of years before immigrating to Australia.
