I also offer a small number of face-to face evening, or weekend morning appointments from a therapy practise in Kemp Town. Alternatively I can offer appointments via Zoom.

    I trained and worked as a medical doctor in the NHS for over the past 23 years, specialising as a GP.  I was also an academic researcher and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen where I taught mental health to senior medical students. I have extensive and varied experience of working with a wide range of mental health problems in a variety of settings within the NHS including general practice, accident and emergency departments, and in psychiatric departments. I have experience of mild psychological distress to severe debilitating mental health crises. I am now trained and currently working as a psychotherapist
