Jo's passion is to help us understand and have better insight into what may be going on for us if we experience difficulties with our mental health, and most importantly what we can do about it.
The therapy provided by Jo uses the scientifically proven Human Givens techniques which incorporate the latest findings in psychology and neuroscience. This therapy will provide quick relief from emotional distress and will focus on looking to the future. Using a practical framework for achieving emotional and clear thinking, Jo will explore with you the recipe for your own wellbeing.
Jo has spent over 20 years supporting people and building healthy organisations and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Jo holds an enhanced DBS disclosure and works from therapy rooms in Ipswich, but is also happy to hold sessions online, over the telephone or visit clients at home if necessary.
