People come to see me when they want help with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, fear, panic, anger, trauma, loss and addiction.

If you decide that you would like to work with me, we will explore your situation and the changes you would like to see. We then work out a plan to help you move forward. This may include learning or reawakening ways of thinking, feeling and acting that allow you to cope and feel better.
Sometimes it’s useful to deactivate the emotions attached to previous trauma. This can be done using an effective, non-voyeuristic technique called 'Rewind' and can often make a profound difference to a person’s wellbeing.
I strive to ensure that you feel better at the end of each session. I do this by working with a holistic understanding of what human beings need to be able to lead emotionally healthy lives, giving you some much needed hope for your future. Together with any specific work we may do, I aim to give you an understanding of how to maintain emotional health moving forward.
