Working as a counsellor in an addiction treatment facility in The Netherlands, I was impressed by the remarkable results achieved by a colleague who had trained as a HG therapist.

I have worked as a GP in the NHS for 29 years. In that time I have witnessed increasing problems of anxiety and stress.

I have more than 20 years’ experience with a variety of people in a wide range of environments, these include Education, Community, Youth Justice and Mental Health Services.

Valerie has extensive work experience with a global company which is a public service provider. Its mission is to deliver services which positively transform people’s lives and their communities.

Thirty years ago I joined St. Leonard's Hospice as a volunteer befriender. It was the start, of my career in counseling and psychotherapy.

I have enjoyed working in the field of social care for over 30 years. I have gained experience working in the NHS, Community Mental Health Teams, GP surgeries, HMP Prison service, the probation service, Supported Housing, the charity sector, and in schools and Pupil Referral Units.

I am passionate about working with you to help you to regain control and understanding over your physical and mental wellbeing.
