Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health. Louise has a BA (hons psychology) and MA from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Edinburgh University.

After a varied career in finance and teaching, I retrained as a Human Givens therapist and now work with adults and adolescents. 

I have had many years professional experience working alongside people during challenging periods in their lives and began work in the NHS over 30 years ago as a music therapist.

Alex is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist who has helped many hundreds of individuals move forward from periods of difficulty in their life.

Good therapy isn't just a place to feel heard, it is a collaborative space where we work together to find practical and effective solutions to help you move forwards.

Lynn is the Adult Psychotherapist and Counsellor at Poole North Primary Care Network, taking internal referrals from four NHS GP practices.
