I can see you face-to-face at my peaceful therapy room in my home in Brighton, about two minutes walk from London Road (Brighton) Station. I also offer a small number of face-to face evening, or weekend morning appointments from a therapy practise in Kemp Town. Alternatively I can offer appointments via Zoom.

I use an evidence-based, solution-focused approach & offer unrushed sessions of caring, confidential and practical help & support. I recently wrote a book aimed at helping couples in crisis; 5 Steps to lasting love: an evidence-based guide to protecting & repairing your relationship.
