I have been working in the field of mental health for 25 years.

I trained and worked as a medical doctor in the NHS for over the past 23 years, specialising as a GP.  I was also an academic researcher and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen where I taught mental health to senior medical students. I have extensive and varied experience of working with a wide range of mental health problems in a variety of settings within the NHS including general practice, accident and emergency departments, and in psychiatric departments. I have experience of mild psychological distress to severe debilitating mental health crises. I am now trained and currently working as a psychotherapist

Alessia offers safe and confidential sessions in a caring and calming environment. Her private practice is 7 minutes walk from Kentish Town Tube station.

Lynda has worked for the NHS for 20 years. She has helped to develop mental health services ranging from a forensic secure unit to older peoples services.

Vix has a degree in Psychology in addition to her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Givens.

At the core of the Human Givens approach to therapy lies the understanding that: 'it is what's right with you that will fix what's wrong'.

I spent 11 years working as a reflexologist prior to training in the human givens approach.

I have 18 years’ experience, working with children, adolescents and their families in a therapeutic capacity within a variety of educational and supportive settings, including private practice.

Previous experience: nine years full time experience as a psychotherapist in NHS primary care.
