Colin grew up in Belfast, but has lived in Yorkshire for 30 years. He has a  background in behaviour change at all levels in the public and  private  sector, communities and in the health sector.

I initially trained and qualified as a Counsellor in Psychodynamic and Humanistic and CBT. After doing just one course with Human Givens I saw and realised how effective this method was.
