Are you going through personal difficulties or struggling to cope with a stressful situation? Has life become overwhelming? 

I have always been interested in people and how each one of us behaves differently when we are faced with certain difficulties that life can sometimes present.

I am here to help when things feel challenging, overwhelming, you feel the need to make a change or perhaps just feel a little 'stuck'.

I have journeyed with individuals facing challenging circumstances for many years and am a qualified psychotherapist.

Fiona previously worked as a social worker for a local authority in Scotland for a number of years before immigrating to Australia.

I work face-to-face and remotely via Zoom. 

For most of the year, I work from my home in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, where I see all clients in person. 

Sue Goodwin MBE has a practice near Eastbourne and also offers sessions via Zoom which her clients find just as effective.

I started my professional life in Switzerland where I qualified and worked as a Kindergarten Teacher. After moving to Britain in 1994 I trained as an Occupational Therapist.
