Having seen a close friend benefit greatly from receiving Human Givens Therapy I decided to become a therapist.

My goal is to help clients make positive changes to their lives.

I have been working in the mental health field for more than 20 years in numerous capacities including management.

Science and self compassion are at the heart of Ottoline's approach. She utilises proven techniques to sew the seeds for positive change and nurture self-compassion.

I am an open-minded Human Givens therapist. I can help support you on your journey of self healing, in a safe, calm environment.

I run face-to-face sessions in Yorkshire including in Leeds, York, Hull and Bridlington. I run online sessions wherever you are in the world. 

I have a deep understanding about mental health and wellbeing, and experience of working with people in tnany different situations in their lives. Clients feed back that I am calm, warm and approachable - that they feel accepted and comfortable being themselves. The approach aims to help people to overcome problems that might at first feel overwhelming, breaking down complex issues into practical, manageable steps. My goal is to build hope, motivation and a clear focus to achieve the positive changes that matter to you. 

Paul is a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and has over 25 years’ experience in various roles of supporting, mentoring and coaching people struggling with their mental and emotional health.

Marina has over 15 years of experience guiding individuals toward emotional balance, resilience, and personal growth.

Medical Practitioner with a holistic approach to health. Medical Health Practioner of many years standing using the HG approach. My practice is a holistic center putting people first and what they need to get their needs met.

I am willing to travel to see clients, I practice largely from the Dublin Human Givens Centre in the southside of the city (Dun Laoghaire) but am also happy to accommodate clients on the northside
