With a background in the NHS and expertise as an airline crew counsellor, she specialises in grief and loss, couples, relationships, trauma and sexual issues. Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

I run face-to-face sessions in Yorkshire including in Leeds, York, Hull and Bridlington. I run online sessions wherever you are in the world. 

I have a deep understanding about mental health and wellbeing, and experience of working with people in tnany different situations in their lives. Clients feed back that I am calm, warm and approachable - that they feel accepted and comfortable being themselves. The approach aims to help people to overcome problems that might at first feel overwhelming, breaking down complex issues into practical, manageable steps. My goal is to build hope, motivation and a clear focus to achieve the positive changes that matter to you. 

Hello, I am a Human Givens Practitioner based in London. I am available for both in-person and online sessions.

I am a Human Givens therapist based in Amsterdam, specializing in solution-focused therapy for Chinese and English-speaking clients.

Besides being a qualified Human Givens Practitioner I am also a qualified Systemic Practitioner and have been a Registered Mental Health Nurse for over fifteen years.

Experienced with addictions, eating disorders, and trauma.  I have a private practice in a dedicated, multi-disciplinary holistic clinic for clients in Leinster or Munster.
