I am a Human Givens therapist based in Amsterdam, specializing in solution-focused therapy for Chinese and English-speaking clients. With a background in international business and finance, and experience living and working in multiple countries, I am well-acquainted with the stress and mental health challenges that arise in both professional and personal settings.

 

I operate a private counseling practice, offering both on-site and online therapy services to clients in the Netherlands and abroad. Passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental distress in migrant communities, I collaborate with Stichting Tien Yan Nederland, a non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide mental health support to Chinese migrants in the Netherlands. Together, we regularly host mental health awareness seminars and workshops at various Tien Yan locations, and we organize small group counseling sessions in different cities.
