I spent a number of years working in different coorporate environments in different parts of the world before qualifying initially as a hypnotherapist and later as a psychotherapist.

The majority of my professional life has been underpinned by a love of learning in all its guises! Sometimes the lessons to learn are challenging, other times a joy.

As a fully qualified and experienced Human Givens psychotherapist I am passionate about helping people transform emotional distress. I will quickly help you achieve lasting relief from anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, pain, traumatic experiences, phobias and compulsive behaviours.

Practical, effective therapy that is tailored to you and is carried out in the minimum number of sessions. I enjoy helping people feel better.

I know that it’s possible for clients to get their lives working again without unduly dwelling on the past.

I first came across the Human Givens model, after the completion of my doctoral schooling in the San Francisco Bay area.

I am delighted to see adults of all ages  developing new skills and understanding they can enjoy doing more fun things in their life.
