Colin grew up in Belfast, but has lived in Yorkshire for 30 years. He has a  background in behaviour change at all levels in the public and  private  sector, communities and in the health sector.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and also a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher.

My specialty is in resolving stress including traumatic emotional and physical experiences and difficulties with depression, guilt, anger, fear and self-criticism. 

I have been a GP for 25 years, and for 20 of those years I have been incorporating the Human Givens approach into my work with patients.

I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

I have been working in the field of mental health for 25 years.

Tanya lives in a quiet village setting with a private therapy room within her home. Parking onsite is available.
