Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health. I  am a practising counsellor in Human Givens Therapy with many years experience covering all areas of emotional health and wellbeing.

As an experienced Human Givens Therapeutic Coach, I can support you in making the changes you wish for.

I have over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist, counsellor and coach, working in both the corporate world and in private practice.

EXPERIENCE - qualified integrative counsellor since 1999, HG psychotherapist since 2007, counselling supervisor since 2003, HG supervisor since 2007.

My therapy is based on The Human Givens principles. This therapy is practical, solution-based and brief (usually 3-6 sessions of 1 -1.5 hour).

I have worked in NW London with young people in a charity I co-founded and later on with the ministry of defence.

I am in private practice from my home in Nottingham. 

Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.
