Patrick grew up in the East Anglian countryside and has always loved being close to nature.

I am a fully qualified and passionate Human Givens psychotherapist, experienced in helping people to quickly escape emotional distress and find their own unique path to feeling well.

I have more than 20 years’ experience with a variety of people in a wide range of environments, these include Education, Community, Youth Justice and Mental Health Services.

Alex is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist who has helped many hundreds of individuals move forward from periods of difficulty in their life.
