From my offices in the heart of Suffolk, I am able to help with all forms of emotional distress.

I have a background in teaching children in primary schools and teenagers / young adults in language schools.

I have had 35 years experience working in the mental health field and qualified as a psychiatric nurse in my youth. I have worked as a therapist in the N.H.S.

I love working with people, especially one to one.

I have worked with teenagers and adults for over 35 years.

My hobbies include cycling and swimming.

I have a diverse background, knowledge and experience in the field of health holding three health professional qualifications in Mental Health, Adult Health and as well as being a registered Midwif

Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.

With 26 years of experience working with the public and qualifying as a human givens therapist in 2019.

I believe we all have the power to achieve meaningful change in our lives, and I can help you activate your own strengths to create the positive changes you want.

My practice is now entirely online, and therapy sessions can be booked UK-wide on Zoom, Skype, Facetime or the telephone.

I work face-to-face and remotely via Zoom.
