Debbie is a psychotherapist and life coach who has helped people with a broad range of emotional, psychological and behavioural challenges.

Doreen enjoys helping people discover what is missing in their lives and how to take back control by working towards achievable goals.

It is in the nature of life to throw up challenges, and it is only human to need a little help from time to time.

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

I have been inspired by the effectiveness of the Human Givens methods and have witnessed how this therapy has brought quick and long-lasting help to people who are struggling.

Experienced with addictions, eating disorders, and trauma.  I have a private practice in a dedicated, multi-disciplinary holistic clinic for clients in Leinster or Munster.

The way that a human life may unfold is bound to bring challenges, and these may become stressful or overwhelming at times for almost anyone.

I have a background in Horticulture and still consider myself in the business of promoting healthy growth, keeping pernicious weeds at bay and developing new and creative pathways.
