Rita Clare

Rita initially came from a background in training and development, as well as over nine years experience of working as a therapist in private practice, before training as a Human Givens practitioner.

She has experience working with a variety of presenting issues and provides solution based therapy. Her specialisms are anxiety and trauma, working with charity PTSD Resolution for which she provides therapy for veterans and reservists.

Sessions are available at a clinic in Wootton Fields, Northampton and are held weekdays and the occasional evenings/weekends. A free 15-20 minute telephone consultation is available.
