Whilst working with a group of clients, all of whom were living with a Physical and/or Sensory Disability, made me realise the strong connection between the Mind and the Body, and how by getting our "Needs" met in balance, can dramatically improve our personal Well being and Lifestyle.
I then moved into an Emergency Control Room environment, where Traumatic incidents happened on a daily/weekly basis. Both of these roles lead me to further explore how I personally could help people, who found themselves in various situations of Stress and Anxiety due to their circumstances.
My learning journey then began to evolve with qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Therapeutic Coaching and Human Givens Psychotherapy. Throughout each and every year, I attend numerous training events to further my knowledge about new techniques and the latest legislation, all of which are Paramount in this line of work.

Therapeutic coaching, plus mindfulness is used in addition to our sessions together.
I have a full DBS disclosure, that enables me to work in a variety of locations and establishments.
I cover the Cheshire and Greater Manchester area.
