About Me

Lynda has worked for the NHS for 20 years. She has helped to develop mental health services ranging from a forensic secure unit to older peoples services.

With 30 years working and studying in the Health & Social Care sector Carmel now practices as a HG Therapist.

I originally trained in biological science before becoming a medical doctor in 1990.

I first came across the Human Givens model, after the completion of my doctoral schooling in the San Francisco Bay area.

Claire, a dedicated therapist, is here to guide you through life's challenges. With a background in the NHS and expertise as an airline crew counsellor, she specialises in grief and loss, couples, relationships, trauma and sexual issues. Trust Claire to help you overcome your difficulties in confidence. 

Paul is a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and has over 25 years’ experience in various roles of supporting, mentoring and coaching people struggling with their mental and emotional health.

I have been a secondary school teacher since 2003 and in recent years have become acutely aware of the increase in mental health issues for young people.

I work online and face to face. I run clinics in Central London, Chancery Lane or Faversham, Kent and I also offer home visits, local to me in Kent.

I am optimistic that many more people can achieve a balanced and happy life with the correct support and see Human Givens as a wonderful step in this journey.
