As an experienced Human Givens Therapeutic Coach, I can support you in making the changes you wish for.

I started my professional life in Switzerland where I qualified and worked as a Kindergarten Teacher. After moving to Britain in 1994 I trained as an Occupational Therapist.

I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS as both a manager and a health visitor and I am now taking my first steps into private practice as a Humans Givens Counsellor and Life Coach.

I know that it’s possible for clients to get their lives working again without unduly dwelling on the past.

For over 25 years I have worked therapeutically with adults and children alike, helping them find a sense of inner peace, ease, joy, and hope so they can live freely and fully.

My aim is to offer you a safe and comfortable space in which you feel able to talk about the difficulties you are facing, gain fresh perspectives, and identify new strategies to help you recover your wellbeing as quickly as possible.

I believe in people's capacity to change, grow and discover parts of themselves, that for many reasons they have not been able to see. I work with people to change the narrative of their circumstances, into the story they want to share with the world. I can aid you in whatever this journey looks like for you.
