I spent a number of years working in different coorporate environments in different parts of the world before qualifying initially as a hypnotherapist and later as a psychotherapist.

I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS as both a manager and a health visitor and I am now taking my first steps into private practice as a Humans Givens Counsellor and Life Coach.

I provide human givens psychotherapy at Suffolk Mind in central Ipswich on Friday mornings. I am available for a limited number of online clients outside of these hours.

I have had many years professional experience working alongside people during challenging periods in their lives and began work in the NHS over 30 years ago as a music therapist.

Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.

Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

I started my interest in mental health with a degree in psychology and qualified as a Human Givens therapist in 2023.

My practice is now entirely online, and therapy sessions can be booked UK-wide on Zoom, Skype, Facetime or the telephone.

I have been a Human Givens Practitioner since 2002. As well as seeing clients privately I am an affiliated counsellor for Cic, PTSD Resolution and Red Poppy.
