I have been a secondary school teacher since 2003 and in recent years have become acutely aware of the increase in mental health issues for young people.

I was lucky enough to come across the human givens organising ideas back in 2004 and, from the start, was aware of the huge significance of these deep psychological insights.

I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

I am willing to travel to see clients, I practice largely from the Dublin Human Givens Centre in the southside of the city (Dun Laoghaire) but am also happy to accommodate clients on the northside

Lynda has worked for the NHS for 20 years. She has helped to develop mental health services ranging from a forensic secure unit to older peoples services.

Penny has a specialist interest in the management and treatment of post traumatic stress, specifically relating to exposure in the workplace.
