I have extensive and varied experience of working with a wide range of mental health problems in a variety of settings within the NHS including general practice, accident and emergency departments, and in psychiatric departments. I have experience of mild psychological distress to severe debilitating mental health crises. I am now trained and currently working as a psychotherapist
