Having been in private practice as a Human Givens therapist for the last four years, I have been honoured to witness the dramatic changes that this therapy has been able to provide.

I am committed to helping people to take back control of their lives by removing barriers and giving them the tools to be able to manage their mental health better for the rest of their lives.

I'm happy to take referrals from other agencies, including the NHS and have an enhanced DBS disclosure.

All sessions are face to face, held in a quiet and relaxing space.
