I'm a qualified and registered Psychotherapist living and working in Jersey, Channel Islands.
I started my career in 2002 after leaving university with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I worked in the NHS as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist across multiple mental health sectors where I gained experience working with people in both a 1:1 and group setting.
In 2008 I changed career and worked in the private sector in Operations Management and then became an Account Director in the Utilities sector for a global security company. During this time I completed a Masters degree in Business Administration and continued my love of learning.
I moved to Jersey from the UK in 2015 and fell in love with the island, a place I'm pleased to call home. I worked at La Sente school helping children with social, emotional, and mental health needs which reignited my passion for supporting people. I have since gone on to complete my training in Psychotherapy allowing me to practice in a private setting.
Brighter Futures is a local family charity where I am an ambassador and currently work two days a week providing 1:1 Psychotherapy sessions. I am also a member of the NSPCC Jersey fundraising committee.
I trained with the Human Givens College of Counselling and Psychotherapy in England.
I have enhanced DBS disclosure, full professional insurance and I'm registered with the Information Commissioners office in the UK and Jersey.
I offer face to face psychotherapy sessions and online via zoom. I also work with charities and provide mental health training for corporate customers too.
I have a private practice near the sea in a private and convenient out of town location.
