I  am a practising counsellor in Human Givens Therapy with many years experience covering all areas of emotional health and wellbeing.

Alison's aim is always to help clients take back control of their lives quickly and effectively.

I have been a Human Givens Practitioner since 2002. As well as seeing clients privately I am an affiliated counsellor for Cic, PTSD Resolution and Red Poppy.

From my offices in the heart of Suffolk, I am able to help with all forms of emotional distress.

Miriam has extensive experience of working with families, couples and individuals in various settings.

All practitioners at Dublin Human Givens Centre are fully registered members of the Human Givens Institute.

I initially trained and qualified as a Counsellor in Psychodynamic and Humanistic and CBT. After doing just one course with Human Givens I saw and realised how effective this method was.
