I am a fully qualified HG counselor /psychotherapist.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist who sees clients at my private practice at home. When appropriate, I can do home visits and walk and talk or online sessions.

Thirty years ago I joined St. Leonard's Hospice as a volunteer befriender. It was the start, of my career in counseling and psychotherapy.

From therapy to wellbeing we can adopt a forward-focused approach, using skills and resources, designed from the outset to make your life better. My focus is on more positive outcomes to empower clients in their lives.

Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health. If you feel that you would benefit from support, then it would be my sincere hope that by working with me you would quickly recover a sense of equilibrium and get back on track 

I’m an advocate of positive therapy. I believe that having a positive mindset can be the key to success in many different areas of life.

I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

Judith has worked in education and personal development for over 15 years. She is committed to helping people find ways to overcome barriers in their personal, work and educational lives.

Have lived and worked in central Cambridge, for 25 years.

I am inspired and fascinated by people, especially how they can learn to flourish, thrive and feel at ease in a world that is constantly changing.
