I'm a HG Practitioner who works from my smallholding near Falmouth in Cornwall. I welcome clients here at my therapy space at home and also offer confidential sessions outside in nature.

I am a Human Givens Therapist Practitioner and offer a safe place for you to unburden those concerns, voice your fears, anger, frustration, or tears, at your own pace in a confidential, non-judgeme

I work in a practical way with clients to help them meet the needs and goals they have.

With a background in Holistic medicine and as a Yoga teacher, I have always enjoyed helping people and now as a dedicated Human Givens Therapist I am able to reach out to an even wider cliental.

I am here to help when things feel challenging, overwhelming, you feel the need to make a change or perhaps just feel a little 'stuck'.

I have enjoyed working in the field of social care for over 30 years. I have gained experience working in the NHS, Community Mental Health Teams, GP surgeries, HMP Prison service, the probation service, Supported Housing, the charity sector, and in schools and Pupil Referral Units.

I am passionate about working with you to help you to regain control and understanding over your physical and mental wellbeing. 

I have journeyed with individuals facing challenging circumstances for many years and am a qualified psychotherapist.

I know how daunting it can seem at times to move forward in life when you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

I have been inspired by the effectiveness of the Human Givens methods and have witnessed how this therapy has brought quick and long-lasting help to people who are struggling.
