I have enjoyed working in the field of social care for over 30 years. I have gained experience working in the NHS, Community Mental Health Teams, GP surgeries, HMP Prison service, the probation service, Supported Housing, the charity sector, and in schools and Pupil Referral Units.

I am passionate about working with you to help you to regain control and understanding over your physical and mental wellbeing. 

My aim is for you to walk out of your first session feeling confident that change is possible and with a clear plan of how you will achieve the changes you are seeking to make in your own life. Building trust and rapport from the first moment is my priority and I will listen to you with kindness, with compassion and without judgment.

I have worked with clients who have experienced abuse, trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, confidence, OCD, Anger, addictions, birth trauma and ' postnatal depression and anxiety, and birth injury. 

I can welcome you to my private practice based in North London or work with you online. I am happy to take referrals from the NHS or charitable organisations. I have also been accepted by Vitality and Aviva insurance companies.

I hold an enhanced DBS.
