She focuses on applying strategic, outcome-focused Human Givens Psychotherapy to effectively and swiftly allow people to move in the desired direction, expand their possibilities and enhance their resources.

Alessia holds a Degree in Political Science from the University "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and a Diploma as a Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM College) in London.
