I work with people from all walks of life with regards to their mental health and wellbeing, from teenagers through to seventy plus year olds.
I’m trained as a “Human Givens” psychotherapist, a school of therapy I have seen and felt to be exceptionally effective on countless occasions and in as brief a time as possible.
I am also a trustee and therapist for a charity called “I’m Fine Ltd”, a charity working with and supporting 15- to 25-year-old humans transitioning from care, foster or hospital settings into the wider community.
For 5 years I’ve also been a facilitator with “Man Down,” a men’s mental health charity helping to destigmatize men’s mental health and raising awareness around male suicide.
I am happy to work with clients aged 15 years and older. I have an advanced DBS.
I practice therapy face to face from home or via zoom.
I am willing to travel to visit clients or meet outdoors for walking talking therapy.
I have extensive experience working with men from all walks of life.
Member of the Human Givens Institute (MHGI)
