I find the Human Givens approach to be helpful to a wide variety of people in different situations and most find help within a very few sessions. I am a recently retired Methodist minister and have used HG therapy extensively in my work as a minister as well as in private practice. I work with the charity PTSD Resolution offering therapy to ex military and see very favourable results working with those who have experienced trauma of all kinds.

My practice is accessible from most parts of Worcestershire and it may be possible to arrange appointments in other venues as appropriate.
