Following many years working in the social care sector with vulnerable adults, in which I increasingly found the Human Givens approach extremely beneficial, I have now moved into private practice.

HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

With a practice in central London and rural Suffolk, I have extensive lifelong experience of supporting those suffering with poor mental health including the most severe conditions.

I am a former Senior Director of a large software company. I am now a professional coach and psychotherapist who loves helping people resolve problems that are holding them back. I work on the basis that taking one small positive step often leads to much greater change that can transform lives. I work with a range of issues from people having a mid life crisis to helping teenagers and students with exam anxiety.

I run face-to-face sessions in Yorkshire including in Leeds, York, Hull and Bridlington. I run online sessions wherever you are in the world. 

I have a deep understanding about mental health and wellbeing, and experience of working with people in tnany different situations in their lives. Clients feed back that I am calm, warm and approachable - that they feel accepted and comfortable being themselves. The approach aims to help people to overcome problems that might at first feel overwhelming, breaking down complex issues into practical, manageable steps. My goal is to build hope, motivation and a clear focus to achieve the positive changes that matter to you.

Jenny currently runs a part-time practice from her home in Malton near York and conducts sessions both online and face-to-face.

Practical, effective therapy that is tailored to you and is carried out in the minimum number of sessions. I enjoy helping people feel better.
