After a varied career in finance and teaching, I retrained as a Human Givens therapist and now work with adults and adolescents.

For over 25 years I have worked therapeutically with adults and children alike, helping them find a sense of inner peace, ease, joy, and hope so they can live freely and fully.

I aim to help people believe in themselves and feel better after every single session. To do that, I offer practical help that quickly and effectively deals with mental and emotional difficulties.

I’m an advocate of positive therapy. I believe that having a positive mindset can be the key to success in many different areas of life.
