JUST WHAT WE NEED
Skills for Therapists and Group Facilitators
‘JUST WHAT WE NEED’ is a therapeutic group approach using a Human Givens framework.
This innovative, creative and active programme focuses on helping individuals to understand what their emotional needs are, to identify their unmet needs, strengths and skills (their resources), to learn new ways of perceiving difficulties and challenges and to identify and set their own goals for change.
The structure and focus of the programme makes it particularly accessible for anyone experiencing emotional distress, and enables individuals to explore their emotional needs and the resources they have to get those needs met in within a safe, positive, active and creative environment.
The 12 week programme is flexible and universal, building on the strengths of individuals and of group work and can be adapted to meet the needs of any groups in the community.
During this 4 day training you will experience:
