brain and became involved with the human givens approach.

He has a wide experience of education including mainstream teaching, leadership, advisory and consultancy roles, which he has carried out for national charities, schools and the YJB.

With over 20 years experience of working with disturbed young people, Steve has been responsible for an education unit that catered for the needs of young people likely to enter care/custody. He raised their
self-esteem which taught them discipline, self-reliance and a desire to change. He has also been Head of Education in one of the country's most successful secure units, working with some of the most damaged young people in the country.

Steve is based in the north Greater Manchester region / Salford, but he
will travel to meet clients whenever appropriate.
