Ruth draws on a wealth of life experience. She has worked for 15 years with adults with mental health problems, and with learning disabilities. For the past 10 years she has worked as a reflexologist.

Ruth has always been curious to know what it is that keeps some of us healthy and why some of us become ill. She believes that the human givens approach provides answers to these questions and qualified as an HG practitioner in 2006/7.

Ruth holds a CRB disclosure. She is willing to take NHS referrals and will travel to a clients home if necessary.
