Maarit is a practicing family doctor (GP) with over 20 years experience
in treating people with psychiatric problems. After completing Human Givens Diploma training she has integrated the human givens approach into her work. She is very enthusiastic about the results. In 2007 and
2008 she was involved in taking the Human Givens approach abroad by running two courses in Rwanda about treating victims of post traumatic stress disorder. At the moment she does not do any private work but
sees only NHS patients registered with the GP practice where she works. She holds CRB clearance.
