Further Information: Ingrid's background is in the arts and teaching.
She studied at a Buddhist centre for twelve years and taught classes in Buddhism to the general public. It was her experience of the many different problems brought to her in those years and the desire to offer broader non-denominational solutions that attracted her to Human Givens training. She is on the board of the Society for Storytelling, a storyteller herself, and pays special attention to the use of therapeutic stories.

Working with young people is a particular interest.

She can arrange either sessions in the office or home visits and accepts NHS referrals.
