Further Information: Adrian has worked as a primary school teacher for over thirty years, including thirteen years as headteacher. He is now employed by Somerset County advising headteachers on issues relating to stress and their general emotional health and well-being.

He runs workshops and gives talks to a variety of groups on a range of subjects covering emotional health, as well as running relaxation sessions for groups and individuals. He is also a qualified Life Coach.

He sees clients in a dedicated room in his home in Somerset, eight miles west of Yeovil and five minutes from the A303. However, he is prepared to travel within a twenty-five mile radius to see clients if necessary.
